Overview
The system now provides enhanced flexibility for managing equipment returns across your depot network. With this update, you can:
Return items to a different depot than the one they were originally issued from.
Create a custom movement view that includes the Incoming Depot field, helping teams plan and track equipment due to arrive at specific locations.
These enhancements streamline workflows for businesses operating multiple depots and make it easier to manage stock, logistics, and workload distribution.
1. Returning Items to a Different Depot
What This Feature Does
Previously, returns had to be processed back into the depot that originally issued the equipment. Now, OnRent Go allows you to select an alternative depot during the return process, giving your operations greater flexibility.
This is ideal for scenarios such as:

Redistributing workload across depots.
Supporting temporary or mobile depots.
