With Klipboard Money enabled, alongisde pay by link and card terminal payments, you can also take payments using a customers tokenised card.
Please note, your documents will need to be updated to include information that informs the customer that they will be charged using this method with applicable consent information.
With Klipboard Money enabled, when taking a payment either by pay by link or card terminal, you will see the option "save card details".
With pay by link:
When using a card terminal:
When the customer receives the payment link or terminal payment, they are agreeing to allow that card to be used for future transactions. You can see the card tokens against the customer account as shown below. These can be removed as required.
Once a card has been tokenised, when processing a payment for that customers, you will see that tokenised payment method listed when taking a payment for that account.
The payment can then be processed, with permission from the customer, using that card token.
