Copying stock level descriptions eliminates the need to manually re-enter item specifications, helping you create more detailed orders faster while ensuring consistent information appears on customer-facing documents.
How to Copy a Stock Level Description to an Order Item
Create a new order or open an existing order.
Add your required item to the order.
Locate the item within the order and select Edit.
In the item editor, click additional information > Copy Stock Level Description.
The description stored against the stock level will be copied to the order item.
Review and amend the text if required to suit the specific order.
Save your changes.
