How does the OnRent plan work?

An overview of the trial and plans available to you

Updated over 4 months ago

OnRent comes with a free 30-day trial, with every feature available and no credit card required. During this time, we encourage you to navigate and test the system and book a free product demonstration with our team who can answer any questions you may have about the software!

Transition to a paid plan

If you'd like to move forward with OnRent and transition to a paid plan, you don’t have to wait until the end of your free trial. You can enter your card details at any point.

Simply head to System Setup > Subscription and Billing to enter your card details.

Do I get to keep my data when I put my card details in?

Yes, any data you add to the system such as stock items, users, invoices etc will remain when you move over to a paid plan, so don’t worry about having to re-enter everything again!

If you need any help with clearing out your test data or uploading more data then please contact our Customer Success team via the blue help bubble.

Adding new users

Adding new users is simple - once you've added a new user, a pro-rata charge will be applied until your next billing date and the users will renew automatically unless deactivated.
