How does the integration work?
There’s three key parts to our integration with Sage Business Cloud:
Create links between Accounts in inspHire and contacts in Sage - When you create an account in OnRent, a new linked contact is automatically created in Sage. And when you update an account in OnRent, the contact in Sage is kept up-to-date!
Import and export Accounts - Use our import and export tools to import Sage contacts to OnRent or export accounts to Sage
Post invoices and credits straight to Sage - Once integrated, there’s a post invoice option on the invoice screen to post an invoice directly to Sage
Do I need the integration with Sage?
You don’t need to use Sage to use OnRent.
OnRent comes with some accounting functionality built-in:
Create invoices and credits, including ad hoc invoices. For some businesses, this might be all you need
You can create accounts and payment terms to manage your customers and invoice due dates
Export your invoices to easily import to Xero, QuickBooks and more with our Invoice Status report
If you’re looking for advanced functionality such as bank reconciliation, customer account statements, expense tracking, or payroll, then you should consider an accounts package like Sage Business Cloud.
