"I have created a new customer contact in Xero but it does not show in OnRent, why is this?"
New customer contacts in Xero can be transferred over into OnRent, this requires that:
The integration between OnRent and Xero has been set up (see below button for a link to the guide on this).
The link has been set as being active.
The Import accounts option has been ran since adding the new customer contact in Xero.
