"I have created a new account in OnRent Go but it does not show in Xero, why is this?"
New customer accounts in OnRent Go can be transferred over into Xero, this requires that:
The integration between OnRent Go and Xero has been set up (see below button for a link to the guide on this)
The link has been set as being active
The Export accounts option has been ran since adding the new customer account in OnRent Go.
