Set up other Pendant admins
Invite early feedback
Get comfortable with the software
Who should take part in the soft release?
Don't overthink it, but consider inviting anyone who might spot problems, or act as an advocate for benefits education.
When I invite them, what role or user type should I set them up with?
Reserve the "Admin" user type to members of HR or individuals who will edit content. Everyone else should be invited as "Employee."
What if we want to skip the Soft Release?
