Whether your account can be reactivated depends on the reason it was deactivated in the first place.
Self-exclusion
If you chose self-exclusion, your account cannot be reactivated until the exclusion period ends.
Once the period expires, you may log in again as normal.
For indefinite exclusions, you will need to contact Pickem Support to request review after a minimum period has passed.
Temporary suspension or break
If you used the Take a Break feature, your account will automatically reactivate once the break period ends.
You do not need to do anything further.
Account restrictions
If your account was restricted due to verification issues (e.g., age, location, or ID), you can reactivate it by completing the required verification steps.
If it was restricted for violating the Terms of Service, you must contact Pickem Support to review whether the account is eligible for reactivation.
Closed by player request
If you requested your account be closed, you can reach out to Pickem Support to discuss reopening it. In some cases, verification steps may be required.
