If you’re unable to access your Pickem account, it could be due to one of several reasons:
Age restriction: You must meet the minimum age requirement to play Pickem’s Social Casino and Career Mode. If you don’t, access will be blocked.
Location restriction: Pickem is not available in all regions. If you’re trying to log in from a restricted country or state, access may be denied.
Account ban or suspension: Accounts may be banned or temporarily disallowed if they violate our Terms of Service, such as fraud, misuse, or abusive behavior.
Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one account per person is not allowed and may lead to restrictions.
Security hold: For your safety, we may lock your account temporarily if unusual activity is detected until you verify your identity.
