How to activate Acuity in the Bold Penguin Terminal

Acuity can only be activated on the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with Acuity. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.

Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.

Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:

Step 3. On the Acuity carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.

Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your Acuity Contract Number. This is the same as your Agency Number, a 4-digit number that can be found under your Agency Information in Acuity’s portal:

Once you have entered your information, select CONFIRM.

You're all done!

You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
