Bold Penguin is not involved in premium payments or billing. However, fees may be charged to policyholders for business submitted through the Terminal as permitted by applicable law.

By signing the Producer Agreement, you acknowledged that all fees must be separately identified as fees charged by you and shall not be described as premiums or added to premiums. You also agreed to comply with all applicable laws pertaining to producer fees.
