What happens if I decide not to renew my Bold Penguin Terminal subscription?

Your Terminal subscription will auto-renew on your Terminal Term Start Date unless you provide us at least thirty (30) days prior notice before your next Terminal Term Start Date to Notices@boldpenguin.com. Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation will result in an additional subscription fee payment.

Your sub-appointments through Bold Penguin will also be canceled by canceling your Bold Penguin Terminal. However, policies in place at the time of cancellation that were bound through sub-appointments will remain in place until they are canceled. Agents will continue to be paid commissions for the life of the policies. For more information, see Ownership of Sub-Appointment Expirations.

Policies bound through a Bold Penguin sub-appointment must be serviced by the agent working through the carrier’s service team.
