If you wish to cancel your Bold Penguin Terminal subscription, please refer to our Terms of Service, Section 2. Notice of cancellation must be sent to notices@boldpenguin.com 30 days prior to your renewal date in order to prevent your subscription from renewing for an additional term.

If you have sub-appointments with us, please also make sure you review the Producer Agreement, Sections 3 and 7.
