How to request a biBERK Sub-appointment in the Bold Penguin Terminal

Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.

Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:

Step 3. On the biBERK carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.

Step 4. To request a sub-appointment with biBERK, select REQUEST.

Important: When you request a biBERK sub-appointment through Bold Penguin, biBERK and Bold Penguin will work together to establish a new biBERK sub-code for your agency. If you currently have a sub-appointment with biBERK through another wholesaler, that code will be closed, and a new code will be opened with Bold Penguin. Policies placed through the other biBERK wholesale code will remain in effect; however, they will not be visible within BS under your new Bold Penguin code. To service those previous wholesale policies, the agency must do so through biBERK's service center (phone and email).

You're all done!

You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
