Navigating the ProfitPath Dashboard: Enhance Your Amazon Selling Experience

Written by AskPath AI

he ProfitPath Dashboard gives you a central overview of your sourcing activity, tracked purchases, expected profits, restrictions, payouts, inventory value, and overall business performance.

It is designed to help you understand how your business is performing at a glance and gives you quick access to the most important numbers without having to open multiple separate tools.

Most of the data shown in the dashboard is connected to your tracked orders in ProfitDesk. To get the most accurate dashboard overview, make sure that your purchases are properly tracked.

Performance Overview

At the top of the dashboard, you can see visual charts showing your performance over time.

These charts can include data such as:

  • Purchase volume

  • Purchased units

  • Revenue

  • Goals

This allows you to quickly identify trends, compare different time periods, and understand how your sourcing activity develops over time.

Your Overview

The Your Overview section gives you a quick summary of your most important performance metrics for different time periods.

You can compare periods such as:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Current month

  • Last month

Each overview card can show key metrics such as:

  • Purchase volume

  • Expected profit

  • Spending goal progress

  • ROI

  • Margin

  • Purchased units

  • Sourced ASINs

This makes it easy to compare your recent performance with previous periods and understand whether your sourcing activity is increasing, decreasing, or staying stable.

Spending Goal

The spending goal shows how much of your planned sourcing budget has already been used within a selected time period.

For example, if your monthly spending goal is €10,000 and you have already purchased products worth €1,000, the dashboard will show that you have used 10% of your goal.

This helps you manage your buying budget more effectively and keep track of how much capital you are investing into inventory.

Expected Profit, ROI, and Margin

The dashboard also shows your expected profit, ROI, and margin based on your tracked purchases.

These numbers help you evaluate the quality of your sourcing activity and understand whether your purchases are likely to be profitable.

Please note that these values are based on the data available in ProfitDesk and depend on your purchase prices, expected selling prices, fees, and other relevant product data.

Customizing Your Dashboard

You can customize your dashboard by clicking Edit in the top-right corner.

To add new charts, click Add chart. A selection window will open where you can choose from different chart categories and widgets.

Available chart categories include:

  • KPI Summaries

  • Goals

  • Top Analysis

  • Inventory

  • Operations

After selecting one or more charts, click Apply to add them to your dashboard.

You can use these charts to build a dashboard view that matches your personal workflow and focuses on the metrics that are most important to your business.

Why the Dashboard is useful

The dashboard helps you keep a clear overview of your Amazon business and sourcing performance.

Instead of checking multiple tools separately, you can use the dashboard to quickly monitor:

  • How much you have purchased

  • How much profit you expect

  • Whether you are reaching your spending goals

  • How many units and ASINs you have sourced

  • How much inventory value you currently have

  • What payouts are expected

  • How your performance changes over time

To get the most value from the dashboard, we recommend tracking your purchases through ProfitDesk and keeping your order data as complete and accurate as possible.
