How to Invite Team Members to Crossbeam

❗️Important

Before you can complete the steps in this article, you must complete the follow initial steps to set up Crossbeam.

After completing these steps, you will be able to invite team members!


Invite Team Members


✍️ Note

You must be an Admin in Crossbeam to invite team members to your company's Crossbeam account.


To invite Team Members to Crossbeam:

  • Click the Settings gear in the bottom left to open Crossbeam Settings, then click Team

  • Click the +Invite User button

  • In the pop-up modal, select your Seat Type for the team member(s)--either a Full Access Seat (access to all Crossbeam products) or a Sales Seat (access to Crossbeam for Sales only)-- and enter the email address(es).

Next, select a Team Member role.


Definitions of Roles

  • Full Access Roles:

    • Admin: Admins have the highest level of access. Can manage user roles in Crossbeam Core and Crossbeam for Sales

    • Partner Manager: manage partnership related features (data sharing, reports, shared lists, and attributing partners. Data Sources, Integrations, and users are view-only.)

    • View Only: All features are view only

  • Sales Roles:

    • Manager: configures Crossbeam for Sales, manages other user's access to Crossbeam for Sales

    • Standard: full access to Crossbeam for Sales features, make partner requests, use Chrome extension, full access to Crossbeam Copilot, gets alerts, access to lists, access to Deal Navigator, reply to conversations, complete conversations and mark Attribution, does not have Crossbeam Core Access

    • Limited: full access to Crossbeam for Sales features listed for the Standard role (including access to Crossbeam Copilot), but can not make partner requests or access list, does not have Crossbeam Core Access

After completing the invite process, click Send Invites. Users will receive an email from Crossbeam inviting them to create a Crossbeam account.

Roles can be adjusted at anytime on the My Team workspace.
