How to Create a Report In Crossbeam

❗️Important

Before you can complete the steps in this article, you must complete the follow initial steps to set up Crossbeam.

After completing these steps, you will be able to create a report!


Create a Report

From the left-side Navigation Menu, click on the Mapping icon to open the side panel. Select Create a Report from the panel options, and your workspace will show the Account Mapping area. Then, click the Create Report button or Single Partner tile to open the Create Report modal.

On the Create Report modal, complete the following:

  1. Select a Partner from the dropdown list

  2. In the Select Comparison section

    1. Click on an overlap box in the Account Mapping Matrix to compare your population data with your partner's population data

    2. Once a box in the Matrix is selected, click Create a Report


How to Add Filters to the Report

Once you have created your Report, you may further segment and refine your report specific to your pipeline needs with filters.

  1. Open Filters: Click the Add Filters button on the Report table to open the filter options

  2. Select Filter Objects: Choose New Filter Objects for both your company and partner company by clicking on the company names

  3. Apply Filter Criteria: Use comparison operators such as “is,” “is not,” “is empty,” “is not empty,” “contains,” and “does not contain” to refine your data
