Inviting partners to join you on Crossbeam is simple and can be done in a few different ways. Follow these steps to get started:
Option 1: Use your Company-Specific Invite Link
From the left-side Navigation Menu, click on the Partners icon. From the side panel, select Partners, and your workspace will display the My Partners area:
Locate the +Invite Partner button and click on it to open a pop-up modal
Copy the unique invite link and send it via email, Slack, or any other convenient method
If your partner is already on Crossbeam, clicking the link will send you an invitation to partner. Once you accept, you will be partnered.
If your partner is not on Crossbeam, clicking the link will take them to the registration page to join.
Option 2: Search for a Company
In the My Partners workspace:
locate the +Invite Partner button and click on it to open a pop-up modal
Use the Search for a company search box, start typing the company name
Click on the partner name and input the required information
Click Send Invite when done.
After clicking Invite, they will receive a notification via email and inside the platform that allows them to view and accept your invitation.
If your partner is not already on Crossbeam, when they click the link, they'll be taken to the registration page to join Crossbeam.
Finding Partners not on Crossbeam
If you don't see the partner you're looking for in the dropdown, simply start typing your partner's name.
Once you select the partner, you'll need to provide three pieces of information:
The name of the company you are inviting
The name of a contact person at that company
The email address of that contact
Click Send Invite when done.
