I’m having trouble placing an order

In rare cases, problems can occur during the ordering process. To help you complete your order quickly and smoothly, we’ve put together the most common causes and solutions:

1. Technical issues on the website

  • Clear your cookies or try a different browser or device.

  • Make sure your browser and device are up to date.

  • Refresh the page or log out and back in again.

2. Payment issues

  • Check that your payment details have been entered correctly.

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds or that your credit card is valid.

  • If your payment is declined, try a different payment method or contact your payment provider.

3. Incorrect delivery address

  • Make sure all address fields are completed correctly.

  • For Apple Pay: ensure the delivery address stored in your Apple Wallet is correct (including full first and last name).

  • For delivery to a DHL Packstation: make sure your DHL account is activated for Packstation use.

If any information is incomplete, we will contact you automatically by email.
If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be automatically canceled.

4. Product unavailable

  • If an item in your cart is no longer available, the order cannot be completed.

  • Check for alternative products or adjust the quantity to match available stock.
