My package is stuck in transit

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, there’s usually no need to worry. In most cases, it’s just a temporary delay in the shipping process.

Possible reasons for delays

  • High shipping volume (e.g. during holidays or promotions)

  • Delays with the shipping carrier

  • The package is at a sorting center or in customs (for international shipments)

  • Weather or transport conditions

  • Delayed or missing scan updates in the tracking system

How long is this normal?

It’s not unusual for the tracking status to remain unchanged for 1–3 business days.
For international shipments, slightly longer delays can occur.

What can you do now?

  • Wait a few business days

  • Check the tracking status regularly

  • Contact us if there are no updates after 5–7 business days
