How can I track my package?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email includes your personal tracking number and a tracking link.

How to track your package

  • Open the shipping confirmation email in your inbox

  • Click on the tracking link or copy the tracking number

  • Track your package directly on the carrier’s website

When does tracking become active?

Tracking is activated once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and scanned into their system.

This usually takes a few hours - sometimes up to 24 hours after shipping.

Tracking not working?

If you don’t see any updates yet, you can try the following:

  • Wait up to 24 hours, as updates can be delayed

  • Check if the tracking number is correct

  • Try again later
