If you refused to accept your package upon delivery, it will automatically be returned to us by the shipping carrier.
What happens next?
Once the package has arrived back at our facility, it will be inspected and processed.
Please note that in this case, a return fee of €10.00 will apply. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
