Returns information
If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your package, in accordance with our return policy.
👉 Please contact our support team and provide your order number, as well as the quantity and names of the products. We will then send you a return label.
No exchanges available
Unfortunately, direct exchanges are not possible.
👉 If you would like a different item or size, please place a new order.
Return fee
A fee of €6.00 applies to each return. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
