For returns from Germany and Austria, we can send you a return label directly via email. For returns from other countries, please contact our customer service via chat or at support@snuzone.com.

For returns from Germany or Austria, a fee of €6 will be deducted directly from your refund. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. For returns from other countries, please get in touch with our customer service.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund process may take up to 14 days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method you selected when placing your order. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on the country.
