How long does processing take?
Please note that it can take up to 14 days (approx. 2 weeks) to inspect and process your return. In some cases, it may take a bit longer depending on volume.
Once your return has been processed, you will automatically be notified by email.
When will I receive my refund?
After the inspection is completed, your refund will be issued right away. The time it takes for the money to reach you depends on your payment method, but it usually takes between 2 and 10 business days.
