If your package could not be delivered, it is usually returned to us automatically.
Why couldn’t my package be delivered?
There are several possible reasons, for example:
The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete
The package was not picked up in time
Delivery attempts were unsuccessful multiple times
The delivery was refused
The storage period at the carrier was exceeded
What happens next?
You will automatically receive an email from us with the next steps. You can then decide how to proceed:
Reshipment to a correct address
Or a refund of your order
If you choose reshipment, please make sure the new delivery address is completely accurate.
How long does the return take?
The return shipment can take several days up to a few weeks, depending on the carrier and destination country.
Important note
Once the package is on its way back to us, we are unfortunately unable to stop or redirect the shipment.
