Getting Started

From your main dashboard, click Paid Growth on the left-hand side.

By default, you’ll see all live campaigns. If you want to view past or all campaigns, simply adjust the filter at the top.

Click on any campaign to open its full dashboard.

Campaign Overview

At the top of your campaign, you’ll find key controls and information:

  • Campaign Name
You can edit this anytime to stay organized.

  • All Soundlinks
Takes you back to your full campaign list.

  • Campaign Type (Track or Playlist)
This is clickable and opens your Spotify track or playlist, so you can quickly verify what you’re promoting.

Key Features

Auto Tune (Enabled by Default)

Auto Tune automatically optimizes your campaign by disabling underperforming tiers.

  • Improves efficiency early and throughout the campaign

  • Reduces wasted spend

If you want full manual control, you can disable Auto Tune once your campaign is live.

Share

Generate a shareable link for your campaign.

Auto Renew (Enabled by Default)

Keeps your campaign running without interruption.

  • Turn it off anytime

  • Re-enable at least 24 hours before renewal if you want to continue

Campaign Status & Dates

You’ll see whether your campaign is:

  • Live

  • Paused

  • Stopped

  • In creation

Start and end dates are displayed, and the end date updates automatically with each renewal unless you turn Auto Renew off.

Managing Your Campaign

Click Manage to control your campaign settings:

  • Adjust your daily budget

  • View your renewal date

  • Update your payment method (via Stripe)

  • Enable or disable Auto Renew

  • Stop your campaign at any time

If you stop your campaign and there’s unused budget, contact support to request a refund review.

You can also stop a campaign during the creation phase if you need to fix setup issues.

Understanding Your Metrics

Trends Tab

This section shows performance graphs for key metrics:

  • Ad Clicks
Number of users who clicked your ads, including cost per click (CPC)

  • Followers / Saves

    • Track campaigns: Artist profile follows

    • Playlist campaigns: Playlist saves
      Includes cost per follower (CPF)

  • Super Listeners
Users who listened to your track in full

  • Super Streams
Full-track plays only (no partial streams)

  • Streams per Listener (S/L)
    Measures repeat listens per user

Overview Tab

This section breaks down performance and gives context to your results.

Cost Metrics

View cost per listener, follower, and click.

Click into metrics like CPF to see:

  • Your campaign setup (genre and type)

  • Comparisons with similar campaigns from the last 30 days

Engagement Data (Overspills)

Overspills show what listeners do after discovering your music.

  • For playlist campaigns: helps refine your curation strategy

  • For track campaigns: shows which other songs listeners explore

This insight helps you plan future campaigns or build playlists around listener behavior.

Soundlink tracks up to 100 songs per campaign.

Countries Tab

See how your campaign performs across different tiers and countries.

  • View results per tier

  • Download data as a CSV

  • Enable or disable tiers manually

If Auto Tune is disabled, you’ll also receive recommendations for underperforming tiers.

Important: Once a tier is disabled, it cannot be re-enabled for 72 hours.

Growth Tab

Track how your followers or playlist saves increase over time, from the start of your campaign to the present.

Activity Logs

View a history of all changes made to your campaign, including:

  • Tier adjustments
