Soundlink accepts several payment methods depending on your region and the type of campaign or subscription you're purchasing. Here's what's supported and what to do if payment isn't going through.

Supported payment methods

Paid Growth campaigns

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted

  • PayPal — available as a payment option at checkout

Organic Growth subscriptions

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

  • Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and renew automatically based on your billing cycle

PayPal isn't working — what do I do?

If you're having trouble paying with PayPal, try the following:

  1. Use a card instead — this is the fastest workaround if PayPal is declining

  2. Check your PayPal balance and linked funding source — if your PayPal account has insufficient funds or an expired card attached, the payment will fail

  3. Try a different browser or disable extensions — PayPal redirects can sometimes be blocked by ad blockers or browser extensions

  4. Contact us — if none of the above works, message us via the chat bubble in your dashboard and we can look into it with you

Can I pay by invoice?

Manual invoicing isn't currently available as a standard payment option. If you're a label or business with a specific invoicing requirement, contact us at hello@getsoundlink.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Updating your billing details

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Soundlink never stores your full card details directly — everything is handled by Stripe's secure infrastructure.
