[Billing] How to Find Your Invoices and Update Billing Details

How to find and download your Soundlink invoices, and how to request updated billing details — such as a company name or address — for your records.

There are two types of charges on Soundlink — Paid Growth campaign invoices and subscription invoices — and each lives in a different place. Here's where to find them and how to get your billing details updated.


Paid Growth campaign invoices

These are downloadable directly from your dashboard.

  1. Go to Paid Growth in the left-hand sidebar

  2. Open the campaign you need an invoice for

  3. If you can't see older campaigns, change the status filter to All

  4. Inside the campaign, click Invoices

  5. If there are multiple invoices, they'll be listed by date — click the one you need and it will download automatically


Subscription invoices (Organic Growth)

Subscription invoices aren't available inside the Soundlink dashboard yet. To access them, you have two options:

  • Self-serve: Log into your Stripe account at billing.stripe.com using the email address on your Soundlink account — your subscription receipts are stored there

  • Request from us: Message us via the chat bubble in your dashboard or email hello@getsoundlink.com and we'll send them over


Updating the billing details on an invoice

If you need a company name, address, or VAT number added to an invoice — for example, to close your business accounting — we can update it for you manually. There's no self-serve option for this yet.

To request an update, message us via the chat bubble or email hello@getsoundlink.com with the following:

  • The invoice number (found in the receipt email from Stripe, e.g. C69542F4-3392)

  • The exact billing details you'd like on the invoice: company name, address, and VAT/tax ID if applicable

We'll send you the updated invoice by email, usually within one business day.
