What is Creative Performance?

The Creatives tab in Campaign Insights lets you see ad-level performance metrics for each creative in your campaign. Use it to compare creatives side by side and identify which ones are driving the most efficient follower and listener acquisition.

Metrics available per creative

  • Spend — how much budget has been used on this creative

  • CPF — cost per follower

  • CPL — cost per listener

  • CPC — cost per click on Meta ads

Hover the info icon next to a column header any time you need a quick reminder of what a metric means — this is especially handy for CPC, which is easy to confuse with other cost metrics.

Status badges

Each creative also shows a status badge so you can tell how it's doing at a glance:

  • Testing — the creative hasn't yet picked up a dominant share of spend, so there isn't enough signal to call a winner

  • Winning — the creative is taking a dominant share of spend, indicating it's outperforming the others in the set

Badges are cost-gated — a creative needs enough spend behind it before Soundlink will confidently label it, which avoids calling a "winner" too early.

How to access it
