The Post builder helps you create optimized post variations across different styles, formats, tones and angles — directly inside Taplio.

Whether you’re stuck for ideas or want high-quality variations ready to post, the Post Generator gives you an easy, guided workflow to produce engaging content in seconds.

From your Taplio dashboard:

At the top of the page you’ll see:

“What is your post about ?”

✔️ Type in a general idea or topic you want the post to be about (e.g., Why consistency matters more than talent).

This will be the foundation the AI uses to generate your post versions.

Under What kind of variations do you want to generate? you’ll see post types such as:

🔹 Actionable
🔹 Storytelling
🔹 Thought-provoking
🔹 Promotional

These define the style and intent of the generated content.

➡️ Tip: You can choose multiple types — one variant will be created for each.

Tags give you more control over how your posts are generated by defining:

✔️ Select up to 5 tags that describe how you want your posts to feel.

✔️ Optional: Tick Save tags for future posts to remember your preferences.

Once you’ve added your topic, chosen post types, and selected your tags:

Each variant will reflect different combinations of format, tone, angle and type — so you get multiple unique takes on your idea.

✔️ Be specific in your topic — e.g., LinkedIn engagement techniques for solopreneurs instead of LinkedIn tips.

✔️ Mix tags across categories — combine a tone with an angle and format for richer outputs.

✔️ Use different types together — generating Actionable + Storytelling + Thought-provoking gives you a broader set of styles.

✔️ Review before posting — feel free to edit or tweak generated posts so they’re uniquely yours.

After generation you can:

✅ Edit any post text
✅ Save drafts
✅ Post immediately
✅ Add to your schedule
✅ Copy for reuse

Your new posts will appear in your drafts and can be scheduled like any other Taplio post.

Q: How many posts will be generated?
A: One per selected post type. So if you select 3 post types, you’ll get 3 variations.

Q: Do tags affect every generated post?
A: Yes — all output takes tags into account.

Q: Can I use this for platforms beyond LinkedIn?
A: Yes! Posts are generated text-only and can be used anywhere.
