We'll review the issue and come up with a solution. The Quality Assurance Department will check your request and make the final decision on the order.

Any deposit may be refunded within 180 days period. Anything that falls over 180 days cannot be technically refunded. This is because the refund window closes between the merchant and the processor. It's not about when the orders were finished but when they were paid. This is the original transaction date – when you deposit funds, not when you release them. We cannot offer you a refund if six months have passed since the transaction date. However, you can still use the funds on our platform, of course!
