Using the Resubmit Order Option

Using the Resubmit Order Option

If you have any concerns with your current order and would like to assign it to another writer, you can opt to use the Resubmit order option. This allows you to keep the same minimum price for your initial order and maintain any details and instructions of the task.

How Using the Resubmit Order Option Works

When you resubmit your order to another expert, the minimum (estimated) price of your initial order won't change. When the order is resubmitted, the funds are automatically transferred to your Personal balance so you can use them for the resubmitted order right away.

Size, Assignment Type, Citation Style, Service, Education Level, and Language selection are all kept and automatically applied to your new order. It is important to note that when you resubmit the order, the initial Order details and instructions are preserved and can be edited.

To resubmit the order, you first need to cancel the initial order. Once it's canceled, you can use the Resubmit order button to submit it again. You’ll then be prompted to choose a new deadline for your order. After that, the order will move to the In selection stage, where you can choose the best expert to work on it.

Reminder: Before assigning the task to another author, please note that you can request your current writer to revise the assignment multiple times (for free) within 30 days after the order's deadline!

Steps to Using the Resubmit Order Option

If your decision is final, here's how to proceed with the resubmission process.

Step 1. Cancel the initial order

  • Go to My Orders menu and click on the Order's title

  • Click on the Cancel order button

  • Type 0 to be released and click the Proceed button

  • Choose the cancellation reason and click Proceed

  • Leave comments explaining the cancellation and click on the Cancel order button

Step 2. Resubmit the canceled order

  • In the pop-up window, tap on Resubmit order

If an order you want to resubmit is already canceled, follow these steps to proceed with the resubmission:

  • Open the needed order

  • Click the Order issue button

  • Use the Resubmit order option

  • Set the deadline and confirm your choice

Alternatively, to resubmit the order, you can:

  • Go to the My Orders section

  • Navigate to the Closed tab

  • In the list of orders, find the needed order and click the three dots icon (⋯) next to the order title

  • Select Resubmit Order

Note: Reassigning the task to another writer will mean canceling the current order. Every canceled order is reviewed by our Quality Assurance team to ensure the resubmission is fair. The Quality Assurance team will contact you via chat if you have any questions. However, as it is our standard procedure, there is no need to worry!

Also, we wanted to inform you about our Terms and Conditions regarding canceled orders. In such cases, we retain full authorship of the paper, which means you won't have the right to use it. Please note that the paper will be uploaded to Turnitin and Course Hero repositories, where it will be flagged as 100% plagiarized.

Note:

  • Resubmitting will reset this order to its original version. Any updates added after hiring the writer will be lost, so please double-check all order parameters carefully when replacing an order.

  • Each order can be resubmitted only once. Therefore, if this option has already been used for the order, use the Create similar order option instead. This allows you to save time and effort while updating the order size, instructions, or any other parameters.

To replace an order using the Create similar order option, follow the instructions provided [here].

To sum up

Using the Resubmit Order option is a great way to get another expert to work on your task if you are unsatisfied with your current order. Your initial price will remain the same, and your original order details will be preserved while you choose a new expert.
