How it Works

Humaans and Aboard have a well connected relationship and sync with each other every 12 hours where it can be synced manually every 1 hour after the last sync. As soon as a new user is added to Humaans, that user is auto-added to Aboard (as a Member) along with the following information:

  • First Name, Last Name, Preferred Name

  • Personal Email, Work Email

  • Title, Manager, Department, Start Date, End Date

  • Location, Birth Date

Aboard then creates a Draft Journey and includes any Default Programs and then notifies all Super Admin via email and/or Slack.

Setup

  1. Follow this guide to generate your API Token https://docs.humaans.io/api/

  2. Go to Settings, then Integrations:


3. Click Connect and type in your organization's API Token generated from your Humaans page:


4. Click Connect and he connection will be established

FAQ

Q: What data gets sync’d to Aboard?
First Name, Last Name, Preferred Name, Personal Email, Work Email, Title, Manager, Department, Start Date, Location, Birth Date

Q: What happens when I sync employee data from Humaans?
All employees with an Active status in Humaans are added to Aboard as Members.

Q: Once I've integrated Humaans, will the users get any notification?
They will not.

Q: What happens if we change the status of a user in** Humaans to terminated?
Aboard will automatically archive the user.

Q: Can I update synced employee data in Aboard?
No. The data you've synced from Humaans into Aboard will only be editable in Humaans.

Q: What happens to the data in Aboard if I disconnect** Humaans**?
The data will stay in Aboard and will now be editable (in Aboard).

Q: When we first integrate with** Humaans**, what access level do users get in Aboard?
All users will receive Member level access.
