General Tasks are your typical “To Do’s” assigned directly to a user. How do we stand out from other (sub-par) task managers? Notifications and Interactivity.

Notifications

Users will receive General Task Notifications on the morning (in company timezone) on the day the task is due and the morning on the day after a task is due (if they have still not completed the assignment).


Nudges

Admins have the ability to manually** Nudge users from either the Dashboard** or from any Active Journey screen. These Nudges will come through as emails and/or Slack messages depending on if Slack is integrated and the communication settings by users.


Interactivity

Users can Complete Tasks right from Slack. This removes the need to go to the platform every time.

General Task Smart Labels


Smart Labels can be used anywhere in a General Task and will automatically update based on who is assigned to each role, Boardee, Manager, and Buddy. This applies to Task Name and Description
