Home vs. Work Emails

  1. When a Boardee has a Home email set on their user record, all emails will be sent to that unless 👇

  2. If a Boardee gets a Work email set on their user record, then all emails will only go to that email address (and not Home).

Q: What happens when I activate a Journey that already has overdue emails?
They’ll be sent out within 2 minutes the Journey being activated.

Q: Does the Email Owner automatically get cc’d?
Yes. And if the recipient clicks reply, it will be addressed to the Email Owner.
