The Courses Statistics is located on the top menu bar of the Statistics page. It is also available via this link: https://app.academyocean.com/account/statistic/courses
There is the full list of the courses, and we can find the following data:
The number of learners who have not started the course. As well as learners who are in progress and completed the course
Information about Deadline and Expired (the number of learners who passed the course after the deadline date)
Average passing time
Available for teams — the list of the teams that have access to this course
Choose the course from the list, and you will see the detailed statistic of the course by the learner. The information about the number of Learners in the academy and general statistics of the course is placed under the name of the course. There are such data below:
Email and Full name of the learner
Status (In progress or Completed)
Completion time — time that was taken to complete the course
Total time — total time spent in the course
Start date
Completion date
Learner's team
Filtering the range by Date or Team is possible using the +Add filter button. Click Show after the team or date is selected
Also, you can export the data in CSV or Excel file
