To view your course statistics, go to the “Courses” section in the Statistics menu.
You can also access it directly via the link:

On this page, you will see a complete list of courses with the following metrics:
Engagement funnel for each course.
Number of learners who haven’t started the course, are in progress, or have completed it.
Percentage of learners who revisited the course after completion.
Percentage of learners who didn’t complete the course.
Average course completion time.
Available teams — the list of teams that have access to the course.
On the Course Statistics page, you can add a filter by team or date by clicking “Add Filter”:
You can also use the search bar to quickly find the desired course:
By clicking the three dots next to a course, you can open Edit Course or Course Settings, depending on what you need:
Detailed course statistics
Select a course from the list to view detailed data for individual learners.
Under the course name, you’ll see the total number of learners, key metrics, and the course deadline (if applicable).
You can view course statistics in two formats — table view or engagement funnel view:
Table view
For each learner, the table displays:
Email address and full name;
Status (Not started / In progress / Completed);
Completion time — total time needed to complete the course;
Total time spent in the course;
Start date;
Completion date;
Last visit;
Team the learner belongs to.
You can also filter data by clicking “Add Filter” and selecting one or more of the following parameters:
Access;
Team;
Course status;
Expired course.
After choosing your parameters, click “Show” to update the results:
You can also use the search field to find a specific learner:
Funnel
The funnel view allows you to visualize learner progress throughout the course.
By clicking on a specific lesson, you can see which learners have completed it.
You can also filter data by date to view statistics for a selected period.
You can export all course statistics in CSV or Excel format for further analysis.
To do this, click the three dots and select the desired format.
