Tag Management allows administrators to centrally manage tags that are assigned to questions and quizzes. This feature is especially useful when working with large content libraries or multiple academies.
To open Tag Management, navigate to “Academies” → “Tag Management”:
On this page, you will see a list of all tags used across all academies. To find a specific tag, click on the search field and enter the tag name:
For each tag, the following information is displayed:
tag name;
number of quizzes where the tag is used;
number of questions where the tag is used.
You can create a new tag by clicking “Create tag”:
Enter the name of the new tag and click “Create”:
You can rename or delete a tag by clicking the three dots next to the tag and selecting the appropriate action:
Viewing questions and tests associated with a tag
For each tag, you can view where it is used. To see the related items, click on a specific tag:
You will see a complete list of questions or quizzes where the selected tag is used. To view quizzes associated with a tag, open the “Quizzes” tab.
You can also add the tag to a new test by clicking “Add tag to quiz”:
Next, select the academy, course, and quiz, then click “Add”:
✅ The tag has been successfully linked to the test.
To view questions associated with a tag, open the “Questions” tab.
You can also add the tag to a new question by clicking “Add tag to test question”:
Next, select the academy, course, quiz, and the specific question, then click “Link”:
✅ The tag has been successfully linked to the test question.
Exporting tag data
Tag Management allows you to export information about all questions and tests associated with a tag in CSV format. To do this: Open a specific tag, click the three dots next to the tag name and Select “Export CSV file”:
Using this menu, you can also edit the tag name or delete the tag by selecting the corresponding options:
