To create an exam on the platform, go to the “Courses” section and select “Exams” from the sidebar menu. Click “Create Exam”, enter the exam name, and proceed to the next step for configuration.

On the next page, you will be in the “Exam management” section, where you will see a menu on the left with all the available exam settings.

Go to the “Settings” section to access visual settings for the exam, as well as several key functions:

  • Shuffle Questions – allows you to randomize the order of questions in the exam.

  • Time Limit – sets the maximum time allowed for completing the exam.

  • Passing Score – determines the minimum number of points required to pass the exam.

  • Question Navigation Mode – allows you to choose whether the exam is sequential or allows learners to return to previous questions.

  • Manual Approval – allows the administrator to manually confirm completion of the exam (either after full completion or in parts).

  • Exam Attempts – sets how many times a learner can attempt the exam.

  • Deadline Settings – allows you to set a final deadline or a date range for taking the exam.

Next is the “Access” section, where you can configure the exam to be open to everyone or accessible only to specific students from selected teams.

In the “Manual Approval” section, you can manually grade learners' answers to exam questions or enable automatic result checking. This section also includes statistics showing the number of approved, rejected, and pending approval exams.

Next is the “Certificates and grades” section, where you can set up a certificate that learners will receive upon completing the exam.

The final section in the menu is “Statistics”, where you can view detailed data for the selected exam, including information about learners and their scores.

Return to the “Exam management” page and press the “Select Content” button to add tests or lessons to the exam. First, you need to choose the academy from which to pull content. You also have the option to select multiple academies simultaneously and add as much content from them as needed.

After selecting the content, add the tests to the exam, enable them, publish, and save your changes.

The page includes a “Manual Weighting” feature. After adding content to the exam, you can set a percentage weight for each test. The total weight of all tests must equal 100%. This allows you to define the importance of each test. For example, you can assign 60% to an important test and 20% each to the others.

After saving the exam, it will appear in the “Exams” section, where you can terminate it, clone it, or delete it by clicking on the three dots menu.
