There are often situations where you need to quickly add a large number of learners to the system and assign specific attributes at the same time (e.g., department, city, etc.). Instead of manually creating each learner and filling in their details, you can simply upload a CSV file and, within minutes, obtain a fully configured user base with all required data and team assignments.

📥 Bulk Learner Invitations via CSV

To invite multiple learners at once, go to the Manage Learners & Team section and click Invite Learners:

Select Import from CSV file:

You can upload a ready-made file, or, if you don’t have one prepared, use the provided template:

To upload your file, click Upload file and select it from your device:

After uploading, you will see a table containing all learners to be imported, along with the total number of records. The system will automatically validate the data and highlight any incorrect rows, including a description of the error:

Next, you need to map the CSV columns to system properties. Email, first name, and last name are mapped automatically:

Other columns must be mapped manually using dropdown menus. The system provides hints and validates data correctness:

📌 Only properties of the following types are supported: String, Number, and Select. If a property is already used for another column, it becomes unavailable in other dropdowns.

➕ Creating New Property

If a required property does not yet exist, you can create it directly during the import process. To do this, click the property selection field and choose “Create new property”:

Enter the property name and type, then click Add property:

The new property will immediately appear in the list and be applied to the column. ✨

👥 Adding to Teams

If you want to assign learners to a team during import, enable the “Also add learners to a team(s)” option and select the desired team from the list:

To send invitation emails to learners, make sure to check the corresponding checkbox:

The “Import Learners” button becomes active only when all columns are successfully mapped:

After the import is completed, learners will be successfully invited to the academy. Once the learners log in, all learner property information will be displayed in their profile under the Properties section:
