The property association feature allows you to automatically link learner responses during a quiz to a specific property. This is especially useful when you need to collect personal data without manual input from an administrator.

To create a question with property association, open the required quiz and click “Add question”:

📌 Question types that support property association:

  • One choice

  • Written answer

  • Yes/No

After selecting the question type, add the question text and the answers that will serve as property values:

Click the three dots and select the “Associate property” option:

Assign a property name or select an existing one, then click “Select”:

After a learner completes the quiz, the system will automatically save their response and update the property value in their profile. If a learner retakes the quiz and selects different answers, the data will be updated accordingly.

If you want to override a property response, click the corresponding option and enter the value that should be stored as the property in the learner’s profile:

After adding all questions, click “Save”. Once learners complete the quiz, the data will be displayed in the quiz results, in the statistics for the specific property, and in the learner’s profile:

If needed, you can also manually edit a specific property value in a learner’s profile by clicking “Manage properties”:
