Learner Interface: Main Sections and Features

In this article, you will learn about the main tools of the learner interface and the checklist – what they are and what they are used for

The Course Page is the main section that learners commonly interact with, as this is where all courses available to them are displayed. Learners can independently work with interface elements to manage their learning and track their progress. Let's take a closer look at what interaction options the platform offers to learners.

To open the learner profile, click on your profile icon – a window will open:

In this window, the following sections will be available to you:

1. Courses Page

After clicking Courses Page, you will be taken to a page with the content available to you. To start learning, simply click on the course you need and proceed to viewing the materials:

2. Profile Page

The Profile Page button redirects the learner to a page displaying their learning progress. At the top of the page, the learner's personal details are shown: name, email address, and registration date:

  • In Progress
    The In Progress button allows the learner to navigate to a course they have started and track their progress. This page also displays the last course the learner began:

  • Courses Completed
    The Courses Completed navigation button leads to the courses page and shows the learner's progress through the Academy:

  • Awards

    Awards displays the number of badges and certificates the learner has received:

  • Roadmap
    ​The Roadmap shows the number of courses remaining to be completed:

✅ The learner can switch between Profile Page, My Awards, Bookmarks, Settings, Results, and Rating in the left sidebar menu:

3. Results

The Results tab allows the learner to view the results of completed exams and tests. The table displays the following parameters: attempts, number of questions, status (passed or failed), and the score earned on the test:

✅ You will be able to review answers in detail only if the administrator has enabled the option to view test results after completion for learners.

4. My Awards

Clicking My Awards opens a window with all the rewards learner has earned:

Here learner can share achievements on social media, as well as view and download his certificates.

5. Settings

In the Settings section, the learner can manage their account parameters and security settings.

Account parameters:

  • Edit first and last name

  • Email – displays the learner's email address (changes are not available)

  • Change password

  • Change time zone – by default, all learners are registered in the UTC time zone

  • Upload a profile picture – recommended size: 300 x 300 pixels


    Connected аccounts:

    The learner can link their social accounts for one-click sign-in:

  • Facebook

  • LinkedIn

  • Google

Security

  • Deactivate account – temporary deactivation of the account with the option to restore it.

  • Restrict processing – limits the processing of personal data while keeping account information.

  • Delete account – permanently deletes the account and all personal data.

  • Export personal Data.

  • Email notifications – enable or disable email notifications.

6. Calendar, Night Mode, and Bookmarks

  • Calendar

The Calendar page displays all upcoming events created by the administrator. Clicking on an event name opens a card with detailed information about it:

There are two circle colors next to the scheduled event time:

🟣 – offline meetings
🔵 – online meetings

  • Night Mode

Night Mode switches the Academy to a dark display theme.

  • Bookmarks

Bookmarks allow learners to save their place in lessons and return to it later. To access bookmarks, select Bookmarks in the left sidebar or by clicking on your profile:

7. Sign Out

Clicking the Sign Out button will sign you out of the learner account:

After clicking, you will be redirected to the Landing page, where you can enter your credentials and log back into the Academy.

8. Checklists

To access checklists, click the icon next to your profile:

A right-side panel with an available checklist will open, where you can mark completed tasks and navigate to the checklist page by clicking Go to Checklist Page:

⚠️ Please note: this checklist is optional and may not be present in your account. It is configured by the administrator.
