Creating a Team
Go to Learners & Teams Management → Teams:
https://app.academyocean.com/teamsClick Create Team.
Enter the team name and select its color:
Adding Learners to a Team
After creating a team, you need to add learners to it. You can do this in two ways:
Add learners who are already registered in your Academy.
Invite new learners directly to the team:
Assigning Courses to a Team
In the Courses section, you can select the courses you want to assign by checking them.
You can also enable an option that automatically assigns all new content added to the Academy to this team:
Team Settings
In Basic Settings, you can:
Rename the team
Change the team badge color
This page also provides the team API ID, which allows you to automate workflows, integrate the team with other systems, and extend management capabilities:
