Adding a New Learner to a Team
Go to Learners & Teams Management → Teams:
👉 https://app.academyocean.com/teamsOpen the team you need.
Click Invite to team.
Enter the learner’s first name, last name, and email address.
If you need to invite multiple learners at once, you can upload a CSV file to speed up the process:
Adding a Learner Who Is Already Registered in the Academy
If the learner already exists in your Academy:
Click Add Learners.
Select the learners you want to add from the list:
✅ Done! The selected learners will be added to the team and will receive access to all assigned courses.
