If you have users in your Academy who are inactive, invalid, or no longer eligible to continue their course, you can easily delete them through the Learners & Team Management section at the link below:

Here you can also view a panel with a list of previously deleted learners for reference and statistics:
Find the learner you want to remove, open their profile and click the three dots menu in the top right corner of the profile, then select Delete learner:
There are two deletion options available:
Simple Deletion
With this option, the learner is removed from the active list and excluded from Academy statistics. However, their profile and data remain stored in the system and can be restored at any time if needed.
To restore a learner, simply navigate to the Deleted Learners section within the Manage Learners panel, open their profile, and you'll see the Restore Learner button available:
Please note that while the profile is in a deleted state, the same email address cannot be used to register a new learner.
Irreversible Deletion
This option permanently deletes all data and statistics associated with the learner. Once confirmed, this action cannot be undone and all progress and history will be lost forever. The learner’s email address can be used again to register a new account in the future, however the system will treat this as a completely new learner profile with no connection to the previous data.
