It is possible to limit the number of quiz attempts for your learners in the Quiz Settings. You can set up from 1 to 100 attempts for the quiz
If the learner reaches the limit, the admin can add the extra attempts:
Go to the Manage Learners or Learner Statistics page, choose the learner from the list and open his profile
In the Learner's Profile Pop-up, find the quiz. Click on the Add Attempt next to the quiz name
Also, you can add the attempt in the Home Task Center for the quizzes with manual approval. Open the Approved or Rejected list, find the learner and click on +Add in the Total Attempts column
