Cancel your Accentify subscription
If you want to stop your Accentify subscription, you’ll need to cancel it through the same platform you used to subscribe.
That usually means one of these:
Apple App Store
Google Play
Accentify website
First, check where you subscribed
If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, your subscription is usually managed by Apple.
If you subscribed in the Android app, your subscription is usually managed by Google Play.
If you subscribed directly through the Accentify website, your subscription is managed there instead.
If you’re not sure where you subscribed, check your email receipts first. The payment platform named in the receipt is usually the one that manages your subscription.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad (iOS)
If your subscription is billed through Apple:
Open the Settings app
Tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Tap Accentify
Tap Cancel Subscription
If you do not see a cancel button, or you see an expiry message in red, the subscription may already be cancelled.
Cancel on Mac (iOS)
If your subscription is billed through Apple and you want to cancel on a Mac:
Open the App Store
Click your name
Click Account Settings
Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage
Select Accentify
Click Cancel Subscription
Apple says you may need to sign in first if your account is not already open.
Cancel on Android
If your subscription is billed through Google Play:
Open Google Play
Go to Subscriptions
Select Accentify
Tap Cancel subscription
Follow the on-screen steps
Google also notes that uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription.
💡 As much as we'd love to, unfortunately, Accentify cannot manually cancel your subscription for you. You have to do it via the App/Play Store.
Cancel on the web
If you subscribed directly through the Accentify website, cancel your subscription through your Accentify account or billing area.
If you can’t find the right place to do that, contact us and we’ll help you.

What happens after you cancel?
In many cases, cancelling stops the next renewal rather than removing access immediately.
For Google Play subscriptions, Google says you usually keep access for the time you’ve already paid for, and for many subscriptions cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Apple’s exact timing can vary by subscription, but Apple also uses end-of-billing-period cancellation language for some subscription products.
Can’t find the subscription?
If you can’t find Accentify in Apple or Google Play, one of these is usually true:
you’re signed in to the wrong Apple ID or Google account
the subscription was purchased on a different device
the subscription was started on the Accentify website instead
Google specifically notes that if you can’t find a subscription, it may be on a different account.
