Change your Accentify plan
If you want to switch your Accentify plan, you’ll need to do it through the same platform you originally used to subscribe.
That is usually Apple, Google Play, or Stripe through the Accentify website. Apple lets users change an active subscription from the Subscriptions screen, Google Play supports plan changes when the developer has made them available, and Stripe’s customer portal can be configured to let customers switch plans.
First, check where you subscribed
If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, your plan is usually managed by Apple.
If you subscribed in the Android app, your plan is usually managed by Google Play.
If you subscribed on the Accentify website, your plan is usually managed through Stripe.
If you’re not sure, check your receipt email first. The platform named in the receipt is usually the one that manages your subscription. Apple receipts are tied to the Apple Account used for purchase, and Google Play subscriptions are tied to the Google account that started them.
Change your plan on iPhone or iPad
If your subscription is billed through Apple:
Open the Settings app
Tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Tap Accentify
Tap See All Plans or choose a different available option
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the change
Apple’s official guidance says plan changes are handled from Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then by selecting the subscription and tapping See All Plans.
Change your plan on Mac
If your subscription is billed through Apple and you want to change it on a Mac:
Open the App Store
Click your name
Click Account Settings
Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage
Select Accentify
Click See All Plans
Follow the on-screen steps
Apple documents those steps in its subscription-switching guide for Mac.
Change your plan on Android
If your subscription is billed through Google Play, plan changes depend on which options are available for Accentify in Google Play.
Google says users may be able to switch between subscription plans or billing cycles such as weekly, monthly, or yearly if the developer allows it. The change flow is:
Open the Accentify app
Select the new plan
Follow the on-screen billing steps
Google also says that, depending on the subscription, you may need to pay either the full price or the price difference when switching.
Change your plan on the Accentify website
If you subscribed on the Accentify website, your subscription is handled through Stripe.
To change your plan:
Open your Stripe receipt, invoice email, or billing email
Use the link to manage your subscription or open the customer portal
Choose a different available plan if that option is shown
Stripe’s customer portal supports subscription management in one place, including subscription updates, and Stripe documents a Switch plan option when that feature has been enabled.

What happens when you change plan?
This depends on the platform and the kind of change you make.
Google says that when switching plans, you may be charged the full price or the price difference, depending on the subscription. Stripe also supports proration settings when subscription updates are configured, which means billing changes can be handled differently depending on setup.
The easiest way to see what will happen is to check the confirmation screen before you complete the change.
What if I can’t see another plan?
If you don’t see another plan option, one of these is usually true:
there is only one available plan on that platform
the plan change option is not available for that subscription
you’re signed in to the wrong account
the subscription is managed on a different platform
Apple shows alternative options from the subscription screen when they are available, Google says plan changes depend on whether the developer allows them, and Stripe only shows switching options when the customer portal has been configured for that.
