Find your Accentify subscription or payment

If you can’t find your Accentify subscription, or you’ve seen a charge but can’t work out where it came from, the most common reason is that the purchase is linked to a different account or a different platform than the one you’re currently checking.

Accentify subscriptions are usually managed through one of these:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play

  • Accentify website

First, check your receipt email

Your receipt is usually the fastest way to work out where the subscription lives.

Search your inbox for:

  • receipt from Apple

  • invoice from Apple

  • Google Play

  • Accentify

Apple specifically recommends checking your receipt email if you can’t find a subscription, because the receipt will show which Apple Account was used for the purchase.

If you subscribed through Apple (iOS)

If your subscription was started through Apple, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Apple’s guidance says that if you can’t find a subscription, checking the receipt will help you confirm which Apple Account was used. Apple also lets you view purchases and subscriptions from your Apple account pages.

Check on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Look for Accentify

Also check your Apple purchase history

If you can’t find the subscription itself, check your Apple purchase history to confirm whether the charge came through Apple in the first place. Apple says you can view your purchase history online after signing in to your Apple Account.

If you subscribed through Google Play

If your subscription was started through Google Play, make sure you’re signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase.

Google’s own troubleshooting says that if you can’t find a subscription, the first thing to check is whether you’re using the correct Google Account.

Check on Android

  1. Open Google Play

  2. Go to Subscriptions

  3. Look for Accentify

Also check your order history

If the subscription is still not obvious, check your Google Play order history to confirm whether the payment went through on that account. Google support materials repeatedly point users to order history when a purchase or charge seems missing or unclear.

If you subscribed on the Accentify website (Stripe)

If you subscribed on the Accentify website, your subscription is handled through Stripe.

Stripe’s customer portal lets customers manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and view invoices.

To manage a Stripe subscription

  1. Open your Stripe receipt, invoice email, or billing email

  2. Look for the link to manage your subscription or open the customer portal

  3. From there, you can view or manage your Accentify subscription

Stripe’s customer portal can be used to manage subscription details, invoices, billing information, and cancellations.

If you can’t find the Stripe email or portal link, contact us and we’ll help you track it down.

If you can see a charge but not the subscription

This usually means one of these:

  • you’re checking the wrong Apple Account or Google account

  • the subscription was started on a different device

  • the subscription was started through the Accentify website instead

  • you’re looking at the charge before checking the correct purchase history

Apple says unfamiliar or unclear charges should be checked against your Apple purchase history, and Google recommends confirming the account and reviewing order history when subscriptions appear missing.

If your payment method looks wrong

Sometimes the issue is not the subscription itself, but the payment method attached to it.

Google notes that expired cards or outdated billing details are a common reason payment problems happen on an account. Apple also provides account-level billing and payment method settings for reviewing or updating payment details.

If something looks off:

  • check the payment method on the platform you used

  • make sure the card has not expired

  • make sure the billing details are up to date

What to send us if you still can’t find it

If you’ve checked the platform and still can’t work out where the subscription or charge is coming from, contact us and include:

  • the device you subscribed on

  • whether you think it was Apple, Google Play, or the web

  • the email address linked to your Accentify account

  • the date of the charge

  • any receipt or confirmation email you can find

That will help us investigate much faster.
