Restore your Accentify purchases

If you’ve already paid for Accentify and your subscription or eligible purchase is not showing up in the app, you may be able to restore it.

This is most useful when you’ve:

  • reinstalled the app

  • changed devices

  • signed back into your account

  • bought Premium before, but it is not showing as active now

First, make sure you’re using the same account

Before restoring anything, check that you’re signed in with the same account you originally used to buy Accentify.

That usually means:

  • the same Apple ID on iPhone or iPad

  • the same Google account on Android

  • the same Accentify account if you subscribed on the web

If you use a different account, your subscription or purchase may not appear. Apple and Google both tie purchases and subscriptions to the account that made them.

Try the Restore Purchases button in Accentify

If you can see a Restore Purchases option inside Accentify, tap that first.

This is usually the fastest way to ask the app to check your account again and reconnect any eligible purchases or subscriptions linked to your device account.

You can usually find this in your profile, or a button inside any of the paywalls.

Restore purchases on iPhone or iPad (iOS)

If you subscribed through Apple, open Accentify and tap Restore Purchases.

Apple says some in-app purchases and subscriptions can be restored, but consumable items cannot be restored once they’ve been used.

If restoring does not work straight away:

  • make sure you’re signed in to the correct Apple ID

  • close and reopen the app

  • try again on a stable internet connection

Restore purchases on Android

If you subscribed through Google Play, first make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account on your device.

Then open Accentify and tap Restore Purchases if that option appears.

If the purchase still does not show up, Google recommends checking whether the payment completed successfully, then closing and reopening the app.

Restore purchases on the web

If you subscribed directly through the Accentify website, sign back into the same Accentify account you used when you purchased.

If your Premium access still does not appear, contact us and we’ll help you check the subscription status.

What can usually be restored?

Restoring purchases is mainly for:

  • active subscriptions

  • eligible non-consumable purchases

  • access you have already paid for but cannot currently see in the app

Apple notes that some purchases can be restored, while consumable purchases cannot be restored once used.

If something has already been fully used up, it may not be restorable in the same way.

If restore purchases does not work

Try these checks:

1. Check the account again

Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID, Google account, or Accentify account used for the original purchase. Apple and Google both say account mismatch is a common reason purchases or subscriptions appear missing.

2. Reopen the app

Close Accentify fully, then reopen it and try again. Google specifically recommends restarting the app when an in-app item has not appeared.

3. Check whether the payment completed

If the payment did not go through properly, the subscription or purchase may not restore. Google recommends checking your payment history when an in-app purchase is missing.

4. Make sure your internet connection is stable

A weak connection can interrupt purchase checks and stop the restore process from completing properly.

Still not showing up?

If your Accentify purchase still is not showing after trying the steps above, contact us and we’ll help investigate it.

Please include:

  • the platform you subscribed on

  • the date of the purchase (if you know it)

  • any receipt or confirmation email you received

  • the email address linked to your Accentify account
